At this stage, we are working on setting up a hotel block in Hudson (estimated to be $399 a night). If you have access to a car and are looking to save some money on lodging, we recommend finding a place in Saugerties. If you plan on taking the train from the city to Hudson, or if you’re looking for a more luxe stay, we would recommend staying in Hudson! On the day of the wedding there will be shuttle services to and from Hudson and Saugerties throughout the evening. There will be a designated pick-up/drop-off spot in each town, so be sure you are able to walk or drive to those locations if you plan on taking the shuttles. Kingston is also very close to the wedding venue and a lovely town to stay in, however it is not easily accessible from AMTRAK or the Metro-North train, nor are we planning on providing transportation to and from the venue from this town. This may be subject to change depending on how many guests choose to stay in Kingston. * For those with mobility limitations, please consider staying at The Wick in Hudson. It is fully accessible and provides a shuttle service within the town of Hudson so that you are not limited in how much you are able to explore. We will be sure to arrange the shuttle service to pick you up from the hotel at the beginning of the day on April 26th, and at the end of the day at the designated drop off spot.

You can drive or use our scheduled shuttle services! We will be having shuttles to pick everyone up in both Saugerties and Hudson. There will be one pickup time, so don’t be late! At the end of the night, the shuttles will be departing every hour from 8:30-11:30 to return guests back to their respective drop off locations. Cabs, Ubers, and Lyfts are extremely limited in this part of the Hudson Valley and require significant wait times. If you plan to book a car, plan to schedule it at least 3 hours in advance. Yes, there will be plenty of parking!

A little of both! The venue has a temperature and humidity controlled barn, but the festivities will be taking place both indoors and outdoors. Considering our date is in early spring, I would recommend bringing a jacket in case you get cold! Also, please consider the terrain when choosing shoes!

There are no steps leading into the venue. Provided the weather is on our side, the ceremony will take place in the forest, approximately 500 feet behind the barn. There is a wooden walkway leading to the ceremony site to make walking as easy as possible. Venue staff are happy to provide assistance in getting to the ceremony site, just let us know beforehand!

Vibrant colored cocktail attire. Dress however makes you feel like your best self; feathers, leather, or sequins are encouraged, but not required! Click this link if you need inspiration! Please note: The weather in the Hudson Valley can vary greatly in early spring. Please plan to bring an outer layer in case the temperature drops later in the evening.

Yes, please! However, the RSVP list will not be available until you receive your formal invitation, so don't worry about it right now! This website is available early so that people traveling from afar may begin planning their trip! We understand that travel to the Hudson Valley is not the easiest, and we want to give those who plan to join us plenty of time to plan and budget. We appreciate everyone on our guest list, whether or not you are able to join us!
